Managing DVM

A proud, born and raised Calgarian, Dr. Suzanne Adams-Hird attended the University of Calgary, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Zoology. She then went on to attend the Western College of Veterinary Medicine in Saskatoon, graduating with her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, with Great Distinction, in 1992.

In 2001, Suzanne joined the Westhills Veterinary Clinic, providing locum services and appreciating the diverse and interesting clients and patients the clinic enjoys. She proudly became coowner of the practice in October of 2016, fulfilling a longtime goal.

Suzanne has a special interest in soft tissue surgery and dentistry. She is a Fear Free certified practitioner.

When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and adult sons, her little brown dog, Murphy, travelling, photography, hiking, golfing and pickleball.
